Tenant agrees that they are the occupant of the unit for the entire period and that they will ensure that all rules are followed by the guests and other family members.
If you are bringing a pet, you must make prior arrangements with the owner, there is an additional charge of $25.00 per day and you must leave an additional security deposit of $250.00. Your check-out time will be 10 am as there will be additional cleaning required. You must not leave your pet unattended in or out of the house at any time.
Tenant agrees that they are liable for any damage caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) and will reimburse owner for any repair costs.
As this is a quiet residential neighborhood, tenant agrees not to exceed the 6 person sleeping occupancy, will not use the property for any illegal activity including serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the age of 21, and will not interfere with neighbors right to quiet enjoyment which is in violation of the 10 pm Santa Cruz County Noise Ordinance. Parties will not be tolerated and tenants will be evicted without refund.
Owner does not assume liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property nor do they accept liability for any loss due to weather conditions, natural disasters or other reasons beyond its control.
The house is fully equipped and we supply beach chairs and towels. Our bath towels may not be taken down to the beach. Local phone calls are fine but you must use a cell phone for long distance calls. Any cleaning required to render the house into a rentable condition beyond the cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. You must leave the house in the same condition that you received it.
Check in is 3 pm and check out is 11 am. The owner will meet you at the property upon check in and out. Parking permits are available but must be left on the property for the next tenant. There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
